🌍 Works Globally: Members join from all over the world. All calls are recorded, content is self-paced, and the Ask Kelli chat works no matter where you live.

RYT is designed for all types of migraine—including vestibular migraine, hormonal migraine, and hemiplegic migraine. The threshold approach works regardless of your specific migraine type.

Nope! I'm a weight-neutral dietitian, so my approach doesn't include weight loss support. That said, RYT won't interfere with any outside weight loss, gain, or maintenance goals you might have.

Yes! You can order testing through the Lab Shop inside RYT (US only) and you'll always receive interpretation + a personalized protocol from me. If you already have labs done elsewhere, you can ask about them in the Ask Kelli chat or on calls, or schedule a full lab review for an additional cost.
