What I’m Growing in My Garden as a Migraine Dietitian
Gardening has stolen my heart this year - and as someone who used to think of herself as having a “black thumb”, it feels like a dream to walk out into my backyard and see a bunch of happy plants!
Today I wanted to share with you a few of the herbs I have sprinkled throughout my garden that I use as part of my migraine care - because plants can absolutely be one of your go-to tools!
